Delivery Policy

Please when booking, make sure to select the date you would like to receive the dress (two days before your event is recommended to ensure you're dress arrives promptly).

We use express courier service to send out all orders. Our cutoff time for courier pickups is 1.00pm, Monday-Saturday. Should you place an order after this time, it will be shipped on the following business day. An email with the tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress.

We highly suggest that you reserve your products at least two days in advance (three if your region is rural) of the event to guarantee that they arrive on time. 

All items are sent on an overnight (1-2 days) courier, with signature required, to arrive on or before the start date of your rental.

Please double-check the information that will come with your order to confirm when the garment should be returned. When packaging the garment, please make sure to drop it off at the nearest NZ Post Shop and hand it over the counter. Do not put it in a street postbox. Postboxes may not be cleared as often, and this can lead to late fees being charged.
